What we store

To prepare and handle your request, we store your name, selections, confirmed text, initial brief, email, and project status. Before sign-in, a session cookie links your draft to the server. Your browser also keeps an unsynced draft temporarily.

Voice and AI

Microphone permission is requested only when you start recording. When live services are enabled, audio is sent through our server to OpenAI for transcription. We do not write raw audio to long-term storage. You review and edit the transcript before the final text is used to create a brief. Provider processing is subject to its applicable policies.

Sessions and usage records

A necessary session cookie saves progress and sign-in for 30 days. We record flow events and timestamps to understand usage, without your story or email in those events. We do not use advertising tracking cookies.

Your information

Projects are available only to you and authorized administrators. You may request correction or deletion through our published contact channel. You can currently reach us on WhatsApp.
